  • Can I visit The Loft as I would visit any shop?
    Yes, of course. We are always delighted to welcome our customers personally in our Loft. Badenerstrasse 569, 8048 Zürich. Mo – Fr 8.30 – 18.30.
  • Can I order a custom bouquet in your online shop, or is it only possible to order the items shown?
    For a tailor-made bouquet please call us and we will be happy to oblige: +41 (0) 43 497 37 71, Mo – Fr 8.30 – 18.30.
  • When is the best time to order a bouquet?
    As a rule, it is best to order well in advance. Same day deliveries are generally difficult to guarantee.
  • Will the bouquet I order look exactly like the picture?
    Yes. However, there may be small differences according to the season and availability.
  • Is it possible to have bouquets delivered on Sundays and public holidays?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible, but we will be happy to organise delivery as close to the date required as feasible.
  • Will I be notified that my bouquet has been delivered?
    Yes. On request, we will be happy to provide this information. 
  • The recipient was not at home. What happens now?
    We get in touch with the recipient in advance and agree on a delivery time. If the article cannot be delivered on the day you requested, you will be informed.
